Ingredients
- 500g Pork mince
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/3 cup Chutney or a Tomato Relish
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 180*c
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- Divide mixture into about 8 - 10 depending on size required, roll into oval shaped balls and thread through (pre-soaked in water for 20mins) bamboo sticks.
- Bake in the oven for 20mins until golden, turning once during cooking,
- Serve with steamed rice, curried peas and poppadoms!
